We have received notice from the City that there will be construction on the culvert by St Mary Church on Navan Road (the tiny one between Orleans Blvd and the by-pass) starting on Monday September 19th...The notification only indicates work being done on the culvert, not the road. There is no clear indication on how this will affect traffic.
